Our Guarantee

Cancellations:

Once you have Finalized Check-Out, you may cancel your order before shipment by emailing us your order number and order information, requesting us to cancel it. If we have already shipped your order you may return the order subject to our return policy, below.

Our Guarantee: We take pride in our jewelry. If you are not satisfied for any reason with our jewelry, return the item and invoice within 30 days of the shipping date and your money (less Shipping and Handling) will be returned.

Returns:

We do not require prior authorization for returns, though it is wise to email us any questions about a product, so we may help if you encounter any problems.

Ship the return item, in original unworn condition, with a copy of the invoice, via US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to:

When we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for the merchandise amount. Note that shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Exchanges:

Credit Card orders: just reorder on line the replacement item. We will ship the exchange. Please then send us within 30 Days, in original condition, the product to be exchanged, with the original invoice and a note describing the exchange. We will then credit your card for the purchase price.

Mail In orders: Just send us within 30 Days, in original condition, the product to be exchanged, with the original invoice and a note describing the exchange.. Be sure to enclose a check, money order, or credit card information to cover any differences in product price and the cost of re-shipping.
